Have you ever tried having your smoothie from a bowl?
Well here's a really simple way to create one. Or you can enjoy it from a glass if you prefer to sip it.
Serves: 1
Time to prepare: 10 -15 minutes
Ingredients...
1 banana
1 apple
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp spirulina*
1/4 cup coconut water (water is also good)
Toppings...
1 banana
1 kiwi
2 strawberries
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
How to create ...
First, put all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and whizz together.
Next, pour it into your favourite breakfast bowl.
Finally, cut and lay the chopped fruit on top.
