This is such a simple yet tasty juice to make and can be basis of many different recipes. Even the kiddies like this one!
Serves: 1
Time to prepare: 15 minutes
Ingredients...
3 medium apples (4 small ones)
4 carrots*
How to Create...
Slice the carrots and apples into chunks that fit your juicer (mine handles apples when they've been quartered).
Put the apples and carrots into a juicer and watch the orangey goodness pour out.
Drink and enjoy.
Some days I prefer mine sweeter so I can l find myself adding an extra apple to the mix. To add a bit of spice, add some ginger. Top tip, remove the apple pips before juicing so you can use the pulp to make crackers.
Happy juicing,
Emmy x
